Please forward all nominations to the secretary@springwoodunited.com.au no later than 5.00 pm on Saturday 1 October 2016.

All nominations of nominees are to be made in writing and signed by two (2) members as well as the written consent of the nominee. A nomination form is attached. If no written nominations are received for any vacant position then nominations shall be called for from the floor at the Annual General Meeting. Any such nomination from the floor shall require a seconder and be agreed to by the candidate.

The positions Of Vice Chairperson and Finance Officer are still elected for an additional year. The vacant positions on the Management Committee are as follows:

1. Chairperson - 2 year term
2. Secretary – 2 year term
3. President of Football – 1 year term
4. General Management Position – 1 year term
5. General Management Position – 1 year term

THE BIG FINALE FOR THE 2016 SEASON

Senior Presentation Saturday 22nd October 2016 at Summerhayes Park Clubhouse

Presentation Starts 6:00pm, nibbles and finger food served
AGM commences 7:00pm
Dinner provided from 7:30pm Spit roast and salads

Limited alcoholic refreshments supplied from AGM start onwards for attending SUFC members. 3 piece band – ‘3 Way Split’ from 8:00pm onwards

Stay to socialise with team mates and friends, hear some great live music from club members Jana and Chris Stretton, join the party and dance. A night not to be missed.
