The policy is to ensure the safety of players whilst undertaking training, grading and pre-season matches.
All club's have been advised that once temperatures reach 32 degrees celsius for junior players, that it should cancel any training or grading. The club will be supporting this policy for the benefit of player safety. In the case of the senior players, the respective temperature is 37 degrees celsius.
During the grading period, if the temperature is considered not to be in the best interests of player safety, a notification will be placed on the website and Facebook to notify members. The Grading Coordinator will endeavour to reschedule grading to another time/date.
All players are encouraged to bring a bottle of water and applying sufficient sunscreen when attending grading. The graders will ensure appropriate breaks are given to allow rehydration.
