All nominations are to be made in writing and signed by two (2) members of Springwood United Football Club Inc as well as have the written consent of the nominee. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on Saturday 30th September 2017. Nomination forms are available for download on the clubs website under ‘Forms’ on the ‘Resources’ drop down tab. If no written nominations are received for any vacant position then nominations shall be called for from the floor at the Annual General Meeting. Any such nomination from the floor shall be seconded by a member and be agreed to by the candidate.
The Annual General Meeting of Springwood United Football Club Inc. will be held on Saturday 21st October 2017 commencing at 7:00pm at Summerhayes Park Clubhouse, 358-360 Hawkesbury Road, Winmalee, NSW, 2777.
In accordance with the clubs Constitution, the positions of Chairperson and Secretary are still elected for an additional year. The vacant positions on the Management Committee are as follows:
1. Vice Chairperson - 2 year term
2. Finance Officer – 2 year term
3. President of Football – 1 year term
4. General Management Position – 1 year term
5. General Management Position – 1 year term
Life Membership nominations are also called for. Please refer to the Life Membership nomination form on the clubs website for the Life Membership criteria. Forms are available for download on the clubs website under ‘Forms’ on the ‘Resources’ drop down tab.
