Purpose
To amend the Constitution and By Laws of the Club to assist with the good governance of the Club.

Agenda
1. “That Springwood United Football Club Incorporated members consider amendments to the Clubs Constitution as marked up in red text in the Constitution linked to this notice.”
2. “That Springwood United Football Club Incorporated members consider amendments to the Clubs By Laws as marked up in red text in the By Laws linked to this notice.”

Special Resolution 1: “That Springwood United Football Club Incorporated amends the Clubs Constitution in accordance with the copy of the Constitution that was linked to the notice of this Special General Meeting.”

Special Resolution 2: “That Springwood United Football Club Incorporated amends the Clubs By Laws in accordance with the copy of the By Laws that was linked to the notice of this Special General Meeting.”

Any member that has a query in relation to the Special General Meeting or any of the proposed changes to the Constitution and By Laws is requested to submit their query in writing to the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the Special General Meeting.
