There has been several teams that when attending team photos they have gathered on the netball courts and disrupted netball teams that are training. There has been reports of some members showing little regard to the netball teams requirement to train and not moving off the netball courts when requested to do so.

Can all teams please show some courtesy to the netball teams and not disrupt their training session. When arriving and departing please walk around the outside perimeter of the netball courts and gather for the photos on the grass area next to the clubhouse and not in front of the Clubhouse or on the netball courts.

When arriving can the Team Manager or Coach please enter the Clubhouse and advise a committee member or one of the photographers that your team is getting ready for photos and receive instruction on what you need to do.

When your photo time is due the players, Coach and Manager only are to move to the area directly outside the clubhouse and have the Team Manager or Coach advise a committee member or one of the photographers that you are ready for your photos.
