At SUFC we pride ourselves on being able to provide a safe, fair and inclusive environment for all to enjoy their football, whether as a player, parent, family member, spectator, Coach, Manager, Committee member, Match Official or in any other volunteer capacity, be that either representing SUFC or a visitor from another Club or elsewhere.
At times people will have concerns, grievances or complaints that they wish to resolve or bring to the attention of the Clubs committee and/or Member Protection Information Officer.
It is important that there is a policy and process to handle and manage any grievances and/or complaints.
The Clubs Member Protection Information Officer has put together a Complaint, Grievance, Discipline & Member Protection Policy to assist in handling grievances and complaints. 

This DRAFT SUFC Complaint, Grievance, Discipline & Member Protection Policy is presented to the members of Springwood United Football Club as a Consultation Draft document. After a period of Member Consultation it will be presented for endorsement at our Clubs August 2018 Management Committee Meeting .
