Chris has dedicated many years as an SUFC Committee Member serving the Springwood Football Community in a number of different roles, his most recent as Club Chairman. The Vice Chairman role was made available during the 2018 AGM with no nominations being received that night, and no expressions of interest received to date. The Vice Chairman role forms part of the Executive on the Springwood United Committee, a crucial role to ensure that Club business can be conducted.

As we did not receive any expression of interest, and Chris understanding the importance of the having the Vice Chairman role filled, he volunteered to serve on the Executive for one more season. This was motioned and carried in January’s Management Committee meeting.
