All nominations of nominees to be made in writing and signed by two (2) members as well as the written consent of the nominee. All nominations must be received no later than 4.00 pm on Saturday 28 September 2019. A nomination form is attached. If no written nominations are received for any vacant positions, then nominations shall be called for from the floor at the Annual General Meeting. Any such nomination from the floor shall be seconded by a member and be agreed to by the nominee.
The Annual General Meeting of the Springwood United Football Club will be held on Saturday 19 October 2019 at 4.00 pm in the Clubhouse, Summerhayes Park, Winmalee.
In accordance with the Constitution, the positions of Chairperson and Secretary are still elected for an additional year. The vacant positions on the Management Committee are as follows:
- Vice Chairperson - 2 year term
- Finance Officer – 2 year term
- Football Manager – 1 year term
- General Management Position – 1 year term
- General Management Position – 1 year term
