The Club's Registrar position has become vacant for the coming season.
The Registrars role is a crucial Club position that assists managing member registrations and ensures all club member registrations are processed allowing them to take the field in season 2025. This paid position runs between December and June with some volunteer work outside of these periods.
In this role you will form part of the Football Committee and be well supported by a dedicated team.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a must.
The Role Includes:
- Attend training sessions and learning various systems prior to the commencement of the season;
- Process registrations and maintain member details as required by the PlayFootball and Dribl database systems;
- Liaise with members of the Football Committee, Finance Officer, coaches, managers and players ensuring all are registered and fulfil requirements of the governing association.
- Participate in club related activities and assist with provision of football to the club membership.
Required Skills:
- Be competent with use of Excel and Word programs and have good email and computer skills;
- Ability to identify and set priorities and plan effectively;
- Be willing to take action to address needs without being requested to do so;
- Staying on-task to completion, working with a team collaboratively; and
- Is able to communicate in an open, respectful and consistent manner;
