All nominations of nominees to be made in writing and signed by two (2) members as well as the written consent of the nominee. All nominations must be received no later than 5.00 pm on Saturday 3 October 2020. A nomination form is attached. If no written nominations are received for any vacant positions, then nominations shall be called for from the floor at the Annual General Meeting. Any such nomination from the floor shall be seconded by a member and be agreed to by the nominee.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Springwood United Football Club will be held on Sunday 25 October 2020. Due to COV1D19 restrictions the venue and time will be confirmed in the forthcoming AGM Notice.
In accordance with the Constitution, the positions of Vice Chairperson and Finance Officer are still elected for an additional year. The vacant positions on the Management Committee are as follows:
- Chairperson - 2 year term
- Secretary – 2 year term
- Finance Officer – 1 year term
- Football Manager – 1 year term
- General Management Position – 1 year term
- General Management Position – 1 year term
