The role description has been attached to this email however the primary overriding responsibility for this position is to act as the club liaison for our U8 through to U16/U17 girls teams. You are hopefully aware that our female teams are quite strong at SUFC and have been encouraged, developed and supported by a dedicated committee for a number of years.

There is always work to be done to improve the football experience of our female players in addition to simple player retention from season to season. After a few rocky years of Covid and rain affected fixtures we are hoping that 2023 brings new life to the club and it would be great to get this position filled and see some of our senior female players or parents getting involved in supporting the female football space.
