Purpose

To replace the Auditor of the Club for the purposes of completing the Club’s Financial reports in preparation for 2023 Annual General Meeting.

Agenda

1. To acknowledge the permanent closure of Carter’s Tax Advisory and the cessation of any contract or agreements held with the Club.

2. Appoint an Auditor of the Club.

Any member that has a query in relation to the Special General Meeting Agenda is requested to submit their query in writing to the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the Special General Meeting.
