Dear Springwood United FC Junior Players, Parents and Guardians,

Recent breaches of the Club's Code of Behaviour by competition level players has initiated a Club review of its expectations of players, parents, spectators as well as coaches, managers and volunteers associated with the Club.

Springwood United Football Club's vision is "to ensure a safe, fair, inclusive, successful and supportive environment for all members and to foster strong Club and community values".

In an effort to ensure all of the Club's competition level playing membership have read and understood the Club's Code of Behaviour document, we are asking every player to complete an Agreement, accessible via the link below, which clearly sets out expectations of all players regardless of their age, playing experience or length of service to the Club.

Players will be expected to complete and submit the agreement. Non completion of the agreement may see the player stood down from play until the form is completed.
