With the 2025 season wrapping up, this weekend might be your last chance to get a team photo for this year's Yearbook. 

While the achievements of this year are fresh in your mind, we are asking a Coach and/or Manager from each team to submit their end of season report via the link below (one report per team).

Follow the prompts to include your age group, division and colour (if applicable). Please keep the word limit to a maximum of 250 words. We don't need a novel, just a positive review of how your team came together and general game play through the season. Please avoid individual player reporting as this report should be about your team. 

Please also include a quality, high resolution photo of your team.

We'll add your player/coach/manager names to the reports.
