NOTICE is hereby given to all members of Springwood United Football Club (the Club) that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday 27th October 2024 at the Springwood Country Club, 84 Hawkesbury Road, Springwood.
Members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting which will be followed by the presentation of Club Perpetual Awards for the 2024 season and the Senior Presentation.
The following Management Committee positions are up for re-election for 2025:
Chairman - 2 year term
Secretary - 2 year term
Football Manager - 1 year term
2 x General Committee positions - 1 year terms
All nominations of nominees to be made in writing and signed by two (2) members as well as the written consent of the nominee. All nominations must be received
no later than 5.00 pm on Friday 25th October 2024. Nomination forms are found on the
Club's Website and also attached to this notice.
The Club's Committees invite all members to attend the event as we celebrate the end of the season. Please respond 'Going' to the Facebook event by Monday 21st October 2024 to allow us to estimate the number of attendees.
