Senior Players Terms and Conditions
I agree to pay the prescribed registration fee before the commencement of grading, training, trial matches and the Season proper.
I agree to pay all outstanding fines, fees, and other club debts and understand that my registration will not be completed prior to these matters being settled.
I shall be responsible for the payment of all fines incurred by myself as a result of yellow/red card infringements or if found guilty by the NFA Inc. of any offense, including any fines incurred by my team.
As a senior player, I agree to assist with the set up/taking down of nets on game days and Club events and assisting when rostered or given notice with the Clubs football operations and tasks including but not limited to Working Bees, Canteen, BBQ and Park Duty.
Additionally, players and their teams that fail to meet their volunteer commitments may face a individual suspension or team forfeit of their next game and will be required to "make up" the volunteer time during the season.
As a player, if I de-register because SUFC does not have a team or competition applicable to their age group and/or gender, a full refund will be given within 14 days of the de-registration being approved in the associations registration portal and the relevant details being provided to the Club to enable the refund to occur.
As a player, if I de-register for change of mind (or any other reason), fees will be refunded in full less a $20 de-registration administration fee unless the player has taken the field. If the player has taken the field, no refund will be payable.
If a player is injured during the first half of the season and unable to play out the season as a result, any refund is at the discretion of the Club if a request for such a refund is provided in a timely manner as soon as possible after the injury occurs.
I hereby acknowledge that failure to select the correct package may result in any rebate being void or my registration suspended.
I acknowledge and give permission for any images provided to the Club or taken by Club committee members to be shared or published in Club publications, including but not limited to website, emails, social media articles and yearbooks.
I acknowledge that I have read the above and fully understand the terms of membership and my responsibilities for rostered duties and will abide by SUFC relevant Codes of Behaviour, Policies, Constitution and By-Laws published.
