Football NSW Extreme Heat Policy Reminder

 The end of January and into February every year generally brings the last spate of very hot, dry weather. In the coming month and leading into our Clubs 'Grading Window' any members participating in trials, grading sessions or pre-season training must consider this policy when weather is hotter than usual.

There is the SMA Extreme Heat On-Line Calculation Tool available to help you pre-plan for extreme weather events that may impact your football activities. Please take the time to read the Football NSW Extreme Heat Policy document for more information including tips and suggestions for how to modify your sessions and take steps to reduce the chance of heat stress.
