The general nature of the business of the meeting will be as follows:

1. WELCOME
2. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES OF THE LAST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD 21 OCTOBER 2019
3. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT
   1. To table the Management Committee report upon the activities of the Club during the last preceding financial year.
4. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
   1. To table and consider a statement, which complies with the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, which gives a true and fair view of the following:
      1. Income and expenditure during the last financial year; and
      2. Assets and liabilities at the end of the last financial year.
5. ELECT OFFICERS OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
   1. As per clause 17.5 of the Club’s Constitution, the position of Vice Chairman is elected for an additional year up to the AGM in 2021.
   2. Nominations for the Management Committee have been received as follows:
      1. Re-election of Peter Dempsey as Chairman nominated by Sarah Stevens and seconded by John Leahey (2 year term)
   3. Nominations for the following positions pursuant to clause 17 of the Club’s constitution to be received from the floor at the AGM:
      1. Secretary (2 year term)
      2. Finance Officer (1 year term)
      3. Football Manager (1 year term)
      4. General Management Committee member (1 year term)
      5.  General Management Committee member (1 year term)
6. APPOINT AN AUDITOR OF THE CLUB
7. GENERAL BUSINESS

Any general business from the floor to be reviewed by the Management Committee at a later date.
